CHEF LOUISE SOLZMAN
Executive Chef and local catering icon Louise Solzman hails from the U.K. and has charted the seas working on-board the cruise ship MS Crystal Harmony. She’s studied the tastes of the world and draws inspiration from her travels. Best known for her original style of European-inspired cuisine, she perfectly combines the best European flavors with many world wide influences.
Chef Louise has collected numerous culinary awards over the years and has become well known for helming the kitchen at Delius Restaurant and as Corporate Chef at Table 301. She specializes in prix fixe dining and boutique catering at affordable prices. She has impeccable timing and attention to detail. Louise loves to give cooking demonstrations, hold surprise "pop-up" bake sales and from time to time, she and her husband, Dave have been known to host culinary and wine cruises.
