Our returning champion, Wes Hagen from J. Wilkes Winery will be hosting this interactive event. Here is your chance to see and participate in a short presentation on how pro winemakers blend and how blends impact wine and food matching.

 

Diners custom blend 4 wines for a four course dinner (menu TDB). Each table has a captain and comes up with one blend for each course and then the tables can share their wine and note their favorites with discussion why.

 

Winners get a prize.
