Larry Schaffer is the winemaker and owner of Tercero Winery in Santa Barbara County. After receiving his education at UC Davis, Larry honed his craft at Fess Parker winery before taking the plunge and going out on his own.
Tercero focuses mainly on Rhone varietals which have shown themselves to grow very well in the greater Santa Barbara area. And Larry's unique wine making style turns these grapes into perfect "food wines".
Not only are these food and wine pairings going to wow you, but Larry himself will keep you thoroughly entertained. Few people are as knowledgeable and as captivating to listen too.
