How to Order
  • $30 minimum for each delivery. 

  • Deliveries are Tuesdays and Fridays, between 2pm & 6pm.

  • Orders must be submitted by 10pm on Sunday for Tuesday delivery, and 10pm Wednesday for Friday delivery. 

  • If you cannot be home to accept delivery, request an insulated delivery bag. We will pick it up on your next delivery. Must let us know at time of ordering.

  • Payment must be made by check or cash at time of delivery or by 

   Venmo(@Dave-Solzman) or

   Google Pay(1davesolzman@gmail.com).

$15 per weekly meals

A.=Keto/Paleo friendly, B.=Comfort Food, C.=Vegan

C. Vegan Brothy noodle bowl with mushrooms and chilis

Week 4 (Jan 19th and 22nd)

A. Blackened salmon, roasted broccoli and peanuts (GF)

B. Leek, potato and brussels sprouts hash with tri tip and         Boiled egg

C. Vegan Creamy squash risotto with toasted pepitas

Week 5 (Jan 26th and 29th) 

A. Rosemary marinated pork tenderloin, roasted vegetables (GF)

B. Panko crusted roasted chicken with mustard and thyme sauce

C. Vegan Piri Piri chorizo bake with rice
